Park Towers in Lubbock, Texas is a 15 story Luxury Apartment Community. The concrete had not been cleaned in several years. With our method of cleaning with a Combination of Zeolite and high pressure steam, the concrete was cleaned. Follow up treatments are done once a month to keep the concrete in pristine shape. This job was completed by using high pressure steam to loosen up deposits and stains. Zeolite was applied and agitated with an Advance scrubber. Zeolite asorbed the loosened stains and deposits, and a Clarke Spacevac was used to recover Zeolite.
